At Rugged Radios, we stand behind the durability of our apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit the mission, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
